Every time I see a new Audi on the road, I swear, and maybe you see it too… doesn’t it look like they’re sporting a giant silver goatee?

And who would want to miss out on this trend?!
As such, I have outfitted my Mazda with its very own auburn handlebar mustache.

Not only is it distinguished, but add a nice jacket, and it’s the classiest sedan/street sweeper/Stalin-lookalike on the freeway. I don’t mean to sound tragic, but this may be my only hope for sweet, sweet induction into the American Mustache Institute.

Some people get drunk and get violent. I, however, get drunk and make furniture. I awoke yesterday to a mess of beer bottles, scrap wood, and nails — plus two shelves I designed and built under the influence. Needless to say, they’re a tad wobbly. But then again so was I.

Happy Memorial Day! (My favorite checkpoint holiday)

I hate to admit it, but I’m a bit of a self-help junkie. Lucky for me my two favorite places for inspiration, Tony Robbins and Gangsta Rap, have finally teamed up for a worthy message…

One of the highlights of NY, aside from watching the rain & wind crush pedestrian umbrellas, was catching a concert in Brooklyn. If you haven’t heard of them, check out A Big Yes And A Small No. Kevin is a phenomenal lyricist and composer, plus their keyboardist looks like Sean Penn. what don’t they have going for them?!
I only managed to grab a little doc footage this stop. Aside from my camera’s random breakdowns, my outdoor shooting plans were curbed when it decided to rain like a bitch. The pic to the right is the 5′3″ view of rainy Manhattan. As it turns out, I’m not tall enough to see 2nd floors.

Among my stops in Illinois this week: Champaign-Urbana, Arthur, and Paris.
Paris, Illinois in many ways is just like the French Paris except instead of an eiffel tower, they have a water tower. And instead of neighborhood creperies, they have Dairy Queen. And rather than artists painting on the street, they have an unusually high incidence of retardation.

As I left Denver yesterday it was snowing… thank you, global warming, for keepin’ it exciting.
And aside from some technical difficulties, things are going well. The pic below is setting up for an interview at the Castle Rock Police Dept. Not sure why I’m all calm-looking… ’cause as projected, my camera would go on to cop out– albeit briefly– mid-interview. (PS I heart bad puns.)

I had to reschedule my first interview due to some problems with my new camera. But everything seems good to go today. In the meantime, check out the view from my accommodations in Franktown,CO.

There are a lot of speculative facts about Chuck Norris roaming around on the internet.
And I might be wrong, but here is mine…
Are Chuck Norris and Producer Jerry Bruckheimer the same person?

No matter what the temperature out, people are still wearing these. What gives! Even Uggs hate Uggs.
